UTB - A team that grows through difference

We develop and produce nutritional supplements with a broad and diverse team: from office to production, from preparation to warehouse, from machine operators to technical services. Together, our team ensures that our customers’ ideas are turned into well-developed products, and that quality is delivered every single day. That is something UTB is proud of.

What makes our growing team of around 75 employees special is its diversity. Men and women are evenly represented. Our colleagues have roots in 21 different countries. The youngest employee is 21, the oldest 68. In terms of education, experience and background, the team is equally varied. These differences require openness and mutual understanding, but they also make us stronger.

Our team shows how valuable collaboration can be when people with different backgrounds, ages and experiences come together in the workplace. In our production environment, accuracy, motivation and reliability are essential. Every step matters. That is why we work in compact, flexible teams with clear areas of specialization, where people complement and support one another, while together forming one strong UTB team. This way of working enables us to keep growing, develop new products and move with changes in the market and within the company.
